These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the applications and services operated by Harvest Capital, LLC ("Harvest Capital", "we", "our"), including Alpha Ping, Funded Quant, and other applications we may release (each, an "app"). By using any of our apps, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our Apps

Harvest Capital builds market-analysis and trading tools across stocks, futures, crypto, and prediction markets. For example, Alpha Ping delivers real-time trading alerts based on technical-analysis signals, and Funded Quant provides daily futures strategy backtesting for prop-firm and independent traders. Features vary by app and may change over time.

2. Not Financial Advice

Our apps are informational tools only. Nothing we provide is financial advice, an investment recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any asset. Trading and investing involve substantial risk of loss. You are solely responsible for your own decisions.

3. Subscriptions

• Some apps offer auto-renewing subscriptions. The exact price, billing period, and any free-trial terms are displayed in the app before you purchase.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in your iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.

4. Account

Some features require signing in with Apple. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to reverse-engineer, scrape, or redistribute data, signals, or content from our apps.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our apps are provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any trading or investment losses, missed or inaccurate alerts, service interruptions, or other damages arising from use of our apps.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our apps constitutes acceptance.
