By using AlphaPing ("the app"), you agree to the following terms.

1. Service Description

AlphaPing provides real-time cryptocurrency trading alerts based on technical analysis signals. Alerts are delivered via push notifications and an in-app feed.

2. Not Financial Advice

AlphaPing is an informational tool only. Alerts are not financial advice, investment recommendations, or solicitations to buy or sell any asset. Trading cryptocurrency involves substantial risk of loss. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

3. Subscription

• AlphaPing Pro is available as a monthly auto-renewing subscription at $29.99/month.
• A 7-day free trial is included for new subscribers.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.

4. Account

You must sign in with Apple to use the full features of the app. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to reverse-engineer, scrape, or redistribute alert data from AlphaPing.

6. Limitation of Liability

AlphaPing is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any trading losses, missed alerts, service interruptions, or damages arising from use of the app.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance.
