Common Questions

How do I manage my subscription?

Open your iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions, then select the app (for example Alpha Ping or Funded Quant). From there you can cancel or change your plan.

I'm not receiving push notifications

This applies to apps that send alerts, such as Alpha Ping:

• Make sure notifications are enabled: Settings > [App Name] > Notifications
• Check that you have an active subscription, if the feature requires one
• Verify your alert preferences in the app's Settings tab

How do I delete my account?

Contact us at the email above and we will remove your account and all associated data.
