Common Questions

How do I manage my subscription?

Open your iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > AlphaPing. From there you can cancel or change your plan.

I'm not receiving push notifications

• Make sure notifications are enabled: Settings > AlphaPing > Notifications
• Check that you have an active subscription
• Verify your alert preferences in the app's Settings tab

How do I delete my account?

Contact us at the email above and we will remove your account and all associated data.
