This Privacy Policy applies to the applications and services operated by Harvest Capital, LLC ("Harvest Capital", "we", "our"), including Alpha Ping, Funded Quant, and other applications we may release. It describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. The specific data we process depends on which of our apps you use.

1. Information We Collect

• Apple Sign-In data: Your Apple user identifier, and your email address and display name if you choose to share them. We never receive your Apple ID password.
• Device / push token: For apps that send notifications (such as Alpha Ping), an Apple Push Notification service (APNs) token so we can deliver alerts to your device.
• Preferences & settings: The choices you make within an app — for example alert types, timeframes, quiet hours and watchlists in Alpha Ping, or strategy and instrument selections in Funded Quant.
• Subscription data: Transaction information provided by Apple so we can verify your subscription status for apps that offer subscriptions.
• App usage data: Basic, app-specific data needed to provide the service (for example saved backtest configurations).

2. How We Use Your Information

• To authenticate your account and manage any subscription.
• To deliver the core features of each app — for example sending push notifications for alerts you have opted into, or running and saving backtests.
• To remember your preferences across sessions and devices.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Data is only transmitted to Apple (for authentication and subscriptions) and to our own infrastructure to operate the apps. We may use third-party market-data providers to power features, but we do not share your personal information with them.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely on Supabase (hosted on AWS). All communication between our apps and our servers uses HTTPS encryption.

5. Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

6. Children

Our apps are intended for users aged 18 and older and are not directed to children.

7. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of our apps constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
