AlphaPing ("we", "our", "the app") is operated by Harvest Capital, LLC. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

1. Information We Collect

• Apple Sign-In data: Your Apple user identifier, email address (if shared), and display name. We do not receive your Apple ID password.
• Device token: An Apple Push Notification service (APNs) token so we can deliver alerts to your device.
• Preferences: Your chosen alert settings (signal types, timeframes, quiet hours, watchlist).
• Subscription data: Transaction information provided by Apple to verify your subscription status.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To authenticate your account and manage your subscription.
• To send push notifications for crypto trading alerts you have opted into.
• To remember your preferences across sessions.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties. Data is only transmitted to Apple (for authentication and subscriptions) and to our own servers for alert delivery.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely on Supabase (hosted on AWS). All communication between the app and our servers uses HTTPS encryption.

5. Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

6. Children

AlphaPing is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18.

7. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
